Delivery

All ready made items will be sent within 3 working days of receiving payment, made to order items will be shipped in approx 1-2 weeks. If you require your item to be shipped earlier or to reach your destination for a specific date please contact me.

All UK orders are currently sent via Royal Mail tracked 48 or Evri, with the option of tracked 24 for extra piece of mind.

All overseas orders are sent via Tracked postage.

Please note that on occasions parcels can be held in customs in the country of destination for approx 2 weeks.

Any tax/import duty costs are payable by the customer.

Returns and Exchange Details

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of recieving your item.

If a product is deemed to be faulty a full replacement will be sent upon return of the faulty item.

Returns are accepted as long as the product has not been used and is in new condition, and returned within 28 days. The buyer pays for the cost of the return postage.

Workshops: 

Workshops will only take place with a minimum of two attendees. If numbers booked falls below that number the workshop my be cancelled and you will be offered a place at a similar Workshop. If you cannot attend at the new time you will be given a refund.

If you are unable to attend a Workshop please let me know up two weeks prior to your booking and your booking will be transferred to a similar one at a later date. If no suitable workshop is found, a refund will be given.

If you need to cancel your booking up to 24hrs prior to your workshop please let me know as soon as possible. I can rebook you into another workshop with a £10 rebooking fee.
